Michele is a lifelong resident of the Atlantic City area. She graduated from Mainland Regional High School in 1989 and received her Bachelor of Arts from LaSalle University. She is a teacher at the Atlantic County Special Services School District.

Michele has worked tirelessly on behalf of the DRCF since the beginning. She served as a longtime member of the Board of Trustees as well as its secretary.
